Education:

The person in this position should have a bachelor’s degree or certificate in graphic design or a related field and/or commensurate experience.

Experience:

The person in this position should have 3-5 years of digital design experience or a commensurate educational background. A portfolio or presentation of accessible past design work may be requested.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, DOM manipulation, JavaScript object model, and front-end languages
• Previous experience working as a React.js Developer and data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Experience in Working with React Hooks and TypeScript.
• Experience and skills beyond basic web site construction and field validation into areas of scalable front-end architecture, caching, web workers, client-side storage, responsive layouts, performance optimization, SVG, cross-browser debugging, and analysis
• Expert knowledge of cross-browser, standards-compliant, semantic markup as well as other best practices.
• Implement elegant User Interfaces and strive for pixel perfection.
• Ability to write high-performance, reusable code for UI components, including appropriate testing.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, Bower, Gulp, etc.
