• An awareness of app behavior and display differences across various device types 
• Excellent communication skills
• Hands-on attitude 
• Minimum 1+ years of PHP development experience 
• Experience working in an entrepreneurial/startup environment
• Interaction and handling clients regarding all the issues.
• Process understanding when delivering effective process flow.
• Ability to customize clients' requirements.
• Experience working with remote teams
• Knowledge of the Linux command line
• Experience of the full software development lifecycle: from requirements gathering and functional specification
• Commercial experience in Web Application development and/or software development
• Good communication and presentation skills.
