We are looking to hire for the role of Java Developer with an Additional Role. This role is long-term and based in India. Required Skills:

1. IT software development experience especially in Java8, Core Java concepts, and Advanced Java, collections/Exceptions.
2. Experience in design patterns - Spring IOC/AOP/MVC, advanced multithreading, Concurrency in Java, JDBC JMS, Spring
3. Good SQL database experience.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills required.
5. Business knowledge and trade lifecycle experience in one or more areas- Securities, Fixed income, Equities, Derivatives, etc.
6. Good communication skills, strong work ethics & attitude, can work independently

Job Requirements:

1. Expert-level knowledge of core java (at least JDK 1.8) with a clear understanding of advanced concepts in design patterns, collection framework, garbage collection, etc.
2. Knowledge of Java Concurrency: multi-threading, locking, synchronization free concurrency implementation, Java Concurrency patterns, etc.
3. Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms.
4. Knowledge of JBOSS application, web logic, and Web sphere application server.
5. Profound insights into Java and JEE internals like Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management, etc.
6. Experience with software product development, a quick learner of business logic, and solving business problems by developing simple and intuitive product features.
7. Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, MySQL, Oracle, and ORM technologies (Hibernate)
8. Expertise in agile and scrum development cycles
9. Experience in troubleshooting software issues
10. Proficient with APIs and service-oriented architectures like SOAP/REST.
11. Understanding of established software development life cycles
12. Familiarity with Java GUI frameworks {{such as Swing, SWT, and AWT depending on the project requirements}}
13. A team player who can work independently and collaboratively
