Role & Responsibility:

• Developing in clients/business relationships with new clients
• Do job posting on various job portals and other social media.
• Note the key point of new requirement and create a strategy to source candidates.
• Source, screen all applications and conduct the first preliminary round of interview to collect all necessary information from clients.
• Arranging interviews of Shortlisted candidates as per client’s availability.
• Should be able to interact with Client to gather requirements
