• BPO recruitment experience will be preferred.

Requirements:

• PG degree in a related area with 1 - 4 years of experience in high volume recruiting
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• For HR Recruiter Jobs for Experienced, previous HR or recruiting support experience.
• Strong communicator who will effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to candidates, and Hiring Managers
• Ability to manage a full desk and requisition load
• The high degree of organization and ability to prioritize tasks
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Impeccable customer relations skills Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information
• HR Certification a plus

Qualification: Minimum Postgraduate with 1+ years or more experience in IT Recruitment with Excellent communication skills
