13. Strong Relational Database architecture & design experience, query optimization
14. Experience in developing and deploying large scale data-centric solutions
15. Working knowledge of Statistical Analysis and AI
16. Experience in Quality Assurance and controls
17. Knowledge of unified communication technologies including Cisco, Microsoft, and others
